Two Part Restaurant

For my business I wanted to create a restaurant that had two main functions to it. The first floor of the restaurant would be a casual restaurant where people would sit down and order food. The second floor would be a separate area where people could use kitchens to cook their own food, and have parties. There would be ten different smaller kitchens with fully equipped stations so that people could cook whatever they pleased. The key part about this concept is that the customer would email or call the restaurant to tell them what they would be cooking, so that the restaurant could provide the proper ingredients. The restaurant would then have the needed groceries for the customer so that they could not have to worry about grocery shopping. And after the customer is done cooking at their assigned station, the restaurant would have a crew of employees that would clean up after them, leaving the customer with a care free experience. If the customer wanted help cooking their meal or wanted to learn something new, the restaurant would provide a chef to aid them. Other than cooking in the kitchens, there would be a dining/party room adjoined to it. People could eat with friends and family at the dining areas, or use the space for casual parties. This restaurant would be made for people who enjoy cooking and being with their friends, but don’t have the facilities or space to have these gathering. Each restaurant would be put into urban environments such as New York City. The reason I chose this niche group is because most people in this fast paced environment don’t have the time to prepare or clean up after a meal. Also by having a party or dinner at this restaurant the customer would also not have to worry about cleaning up, or having to get their homes situated for a casual gathering. The restaurant would be decorated to look sophisticated and modern, ensuring the highest quality for dining and entertainment.
