Personas – from Thoughts on Interaction Design (book)

The Book Thoughts on Interaction Design has some good info on why the persona is really that important. The book is currently out of print, but the author has been kind enough to offer it up as a free PDF.

Chapter 3 in the book is where you want to read. It is around page 43.
